Meet Doug
Doug Voss graduated with honors from the Franklin Institute of Boston in 1987. He's an ASE Master and L1 technician, Honda certified, and a state-certified emissions repair technician.
He opened Neighborhood Wrench in Natick in 2003 and the Medway shop in 2013. Plenty of customers followed him down Route 109, and some families now bring in a second generation of cars.

Yes, and they're free. Mention it when you book and we'll have one ready if it's available.
Will you do work without asking me?
Never. We diagnose, call you with what we found and what it costs, and only do what you approve.
What do you work on?
All makes and models of cars, SUVs and light trucks. Hondas and Acuras are a specialty.
